A very rare cast iron rabbet plane by C. Bayfield of Nottingham. Quite different from most other rabbet planes around, the build quality is nonetheless impeccable.
Unhandled coffin smoothing plane marked “BUCK, 242, TOTTENHAM CT RD” on the gunmetal lever cap and, most likely, made by Thomas Norris of London.
G. Miller worked in London from between 1890 and 1914 and had very distinctive profiles for both his shoulder planes and his chariots.
A very rare nickel plated iron bullnose rabbet plane by New York maker, Williams & Ham of Troy. The cutting iron is set at a lower than usual bed angle.
