A “stock-in-trade” infill plane by Slater of Clerkenwell. This plane measures 8″ in length and 1-1/4″ wide and comes with the original Marples cutting iron.
A slightly different style of infill shoulder plane by Slater of Clerkenwell. The infill on this one is ebony and features a “rhino horn” design.
Cast iron infill shoulder plane by J. Popping of NY. Popping often bought decorative lever cap screws from other makers to use on his own planes.
Cast iron smoothing plane by Henry Slater of Meredith Street, Clerkenwell in London. Similar to a Norris No.12 plane in style and construction.
