A very rare nickel plated iron bullnose rabbet plane by New York maker, Williams & Ham of Troy. The cutting iron is set at a lower than usual bed angle.

Bullnose “Patent Metal” steel rabbet plane with ebony wedge by Isaac Green of Pimlico, London. Green was a tool maker and dealer who was in business from 1857 to 1905.
David Lyon was one of the smaller London-based makers of traditional bullnose and shoulder planes who worked from 43 St. John Square in Clerkenwell.
